With a Master’s degree in Linguistics and Translation (Perm National Research University, Russia) and a Master’s degree in International Relations (Sorbonne Nouvelle – Paris III), Victoria Lushnikova began her career as a translator for companies in Russia and abroad.
Following her end-of-studies internship (2019–2020) at ESL & Network, she joined the consulting firm as an economic intelligence consultant, working on international projects and strategic intelligence assignments.
