Victor worked as a parliamentary assistant at the National Assembly for over five years. He assisted Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, who later became Minister of Transport, and Pierre Venteau, member of the National Defence and Armed Forces Committee, in their legislative work and constituency activities. In this capacity, he was involved in preparing the work of the Defence Committee, particularly in the context of the ‘flash’ fact-finding mission on civil-military relations, for which he helped draft the report and organise the hearings.
He then held the position of Chief of Staff within a local authority, where he was responsible for managing municipal projects and coordinating institutional relations. Before joining ESL Rivington, Victor also gained experience in a communications and press relations agency, working on the development of media strategies and managing relations with journalists.
Since 2024, Victor Guilbert has been a senior consultant in public affairs and economic intelligence at ESL Rivington, working on complex cases in the fields of finance, energy, agriculture and defence.
