Luca Delcamp

Junior consultant
Antidox

With an MBA from the Ecole Supérieure de Gestion de Paris and a Master’s degree from the Ecole de Guerre Economique in Strategy & Economic Intelligence, Luca Delcamp specialises in economic intelligence and influence and joined Antidox in 2024 in the monitoring and analysis department.

He began his career as an influence consultant for the French Ministry of the Armed Forces, working with the Armed Forces General Staff, then as a futurist on SDV 2050 for the Renault Group. Luca Delcamp then joined the campaign team for India’s (Bharat) bid for the 2036 Olympic Games, working on influence strategies on the international stage to strengthen the bid’s appeal to the IOC and public opinion.

Passionate about geopolitics and systems dynamics, he also founded the strategic working group ‘Resources, Dependencies and Sovereignty’ at EGE, in collaboration with and under the mentorship of Yves BRECHET (former High Commissioner for Atomic Energy) and Philippe CHARLEZ (co-director of the Institut Sapiens).

Luca Delcamp is currently leading an industrial project to recycle PET using an enzymatic process, in partnership with the French laboratory CARBIOS. The R3D project aims to transform PET plastic waste into raw materials for 3D printing, by developing sustainable and sovereign design solutions.
