With a degree in international relations and a master’s degree in economic intelligence, Julien wrote a thesis on the role of electric cars in the energy transition.
This work allowed him to explore the geopolitical issues related to energy resources and economic wars between countries. He then turned his attention to strategic intelligence, where he acquired skills in market analysis and influence strategies in various sectors.
Julien joined the monitoring team in July 2024, where he closely follows developments in mobility, industry and energy.
