Clément studied management (ESSEC business school programme), public affairs and law (Panthéon Sorbonne Paris I and ENS Ulm). He has ten years of experience in the banking/insurance and corporate finance sectors.
Specialising in executive coaching, he has advised the CEO of MAIF on the transformation of the company into a mission-driven organisation and the Chairman of MGEN-Groupe VYV on the definition and implementation of the strategic plan, governance monitoring, the structuring of societal commitments and influence.
With his knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, Clément has worked for the biopharmaceutical company Bristol Myers Squibb, supporting the commercial business units and market access.
His experience in the public sector has enabled him to develop a wide network and a deep understanding of the development and implementation of public policy. He was a parliamentary assistant to MP Jean-Louis Touraine (member of the Social Affairs Committee) and MP Aurore Bergé (spokesperson for her parliamentary group and later minister). In 2020, during the health crisis, he worked in the office of the Minister of Health as a healthcare provision policy officer, implementing the Ségur de la Santé, a €19 billion funding package.
At ESL-Rivington, Clément is a Consulting Director. He focuses on issues relating to healthcare and insurance companies.
