With 15 years of experience within French and European institutions, Constance Jacquin has held strategic positions in various branches of the State, notably within major French institutions such as the National Assembly and the Senate, as well as in ministerial cabinets for the Secretary of State for European and Foreign Affairs and the Minister of National Education, Youth and Sports.

In these roles, she managed political and parliamentary strategy, oversaw the strategic planning of ministerial agendas, and led teams, bringing a comprehensive and structured vision to project management and the handling of institutional challenges.

Holding a Master’s degree in Business Law from the University of Savoie Mont Blanc, she leverages her strong legal background to provide clients with a clear and structured framework for managing their regulatory issues. As Deputy Managing Director of the ESL Rivington office in Brussels, Constance Jacquin leads large-scale projects for leading companies across Europe, enabling them to take full advantage of opportunities in a constantly evolving institutional landscape.
